Designer Timeline
In my history of graphic design course, we designed a designer timeline noting 20 significant events for each of the two designers (I chose Deborah Sussman and Michael Bierut) in addition to 10 relevant historical events which occurred over the course of their lifetimes. I enjoyed the freedom we were given by the professor which enabled me to create my own system to differentiate the two designers from one another in addition to the historical events.
* for this project, my process iterations look very similar to the final timeline. most of the changes involved subtle image scaling, type rotation, and minimal reformating to ensure the timeline flows nicely from each page.
